Barbados Tourism Authority chairman Adrian Elcock tells Elite Traveler about what’s on offer in the Caribbean country.
“Barbados has been viewed as the metropolis of the Caribbean with a range of activities that suits the high-end traveler,” says Elcock.
The Limegrove Lifestyle Centre has just opened and features luxury boutiques such as Cartier and Louis Vuitton. Visitors can also swim with turtles or go for more adventurous activities like kayaking and paragliding.
“We like to think of ourselves as some place where you can explore the island on your own terms. I think that’s the best tribute I can pay to my island,” Elcock adds.
