As a company that comprises 30 leading hotel brands, Marriott International is the name behind over 6,500 hotels worldwide, from Ritz-Carlton properties to St Regis and The Luxury Collection. While each of these brands has its own distinct identity, Marriott International is now bringing them closer together by unifying Marriott Rewards, Ritz-Carlton Rewards and the SPG Loyalty Program. More than just enabling members to book stays with their points, the new rewards scheme is offering an array of money-can’t-buy-experiences.
To mark the launch of this unified rewards scheme, Marriott International has curated over 200 culinary, mixology, sports, entertainment and cultural experiences across Europe, in partnership with sports leagues, venues, restaurants and chefs, and giving exclusive access to sold-out shows.
Inspired by findings that travelers now value the experiences they have on their travels the most, Marriott has created The Moments platform, bringing the reward program’s once-in-a-lifetime experiences together in one place. Exclusive member concerts and music festivals, and VIP access to sports events, are some of the experiences on offer, along with hands-on masterclasses with top chefs such as Daniel Boulud, and meet and greets with celebrities such as Lewis Hamilton and Jared Leto.
At Hotel Grande Bretagne, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Athens you’ll be able to experience a breath-taking dinner overlooking the Parthenon. And at W London Leicester Square you’ll be able to enjoy the W’s cocktail experience, starting with a private Cocktail Master Class at the hotel’s bar The Perception, followed by an exclusive Mega Bar cocktail experience in a suite and ending with a private tour of Our/Vodka distillery.
Packages to Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport in Monaco include the Ultimate Weekend, which will see members enjoy exclusive hospitality on the team’s private yacht and in an apartment overlooking Monaco across the race weekend, plus four nights at Le Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel.
These experiences can be viewed and booked at moments.marriottrewards.com. In the coming months, Marriott will provide members with information on how and when they can begin combining their loyalty accounts.
