An invite landed in my inbox to attend Drake and Morgon latest venture “ The Happenstance” preview. Held at their restaurant/bar “the refinery” we were treated to cocktails and a taster of the food. I already suspected the food would be similar to “The Parlour” where I’m a regular. Check out my post for food at “the parlour”
Canapés of skewers, sliders and small fish and chips cones were distributed amongst the guest. The queue for cocktails was long.
The stand out favourite was “happy you know it” left me a nostalgia moment of childhood. A delicious refreshing lemon sugary drink, topped with pooping candy and hundred and thousands.
