If I had to nail down my favourite macarons in London it would either be Pierre Hermes or On macarons.
I couldn’t contain my excitement when a PR invite dropped me an email to tell me Pierre Herme was in Selfridges London on the 11th April 2014 for a book signing. I didn’t buy the book however got myself a box of delicious colourful macrons. Pierre didn’t speak much but told me to have some macarons.
