The new partnerships are part of Metrojet’s ongoing ‘Luxury Journeys’ initiative which sees the company collaborating with outstanding luxury partners to offer on-going exclusive products and services to its elite customers.
Metrojet has joined forces as the preferred private jet provider of prestigious Members-only premium luxury travel company Rediscovered, which operates a collection of meticulously curated residences, travel experiences and signature adventures in many of the world’s most coveted destinations.

Metrojet is also continuing its seasonal cuisine offerings with the introduction of a special in-flight menu that pays homage to the traditional roots of Cantonese cuisine, personally created by chef Siu Hin Chi, executive chef of the Michelin-starred Duddell’s.
Chef Siu uses the freshest high-quality ingredients paired with a delicate cooking process to create modern-style menus whilst staying true to Cantonese cooking traditions. Signature dishes on the in-flight menu include appetizers, Baked whole abalone puff with chicken, Marinated pigeon with Huadiao wine and Pan-fried fresh crab claw with capsicum.
Sumptuous main course options include Sautéed lobster with conpoy and water chestnut, Steamed chicken fillet with mushroom and Yunnan Ham and Braised pumpkin with fresh mushroom and fungus. Mouth-watering desserts include Baked pineapple puff and Chilled red bean paste roll with coconut, peanut and sesame.
