Must be love! Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and Super Bowl MVP, Patrick Mahomes, proposed to his gorgeous now-fiancée, Brittany Matthews, on September 1.
“On a day that was meant to celebrate you, you turned it into celebrating us. It’s always us, it’s always you and me,” the blonde babe wrote via Instagram on September 2. “You made this day perfect, you took my entire breath away and I could not have imagined anything better. I love you, forever and always! Cheers to spending our lifetime together and an inseparable bond.”
According to Kathryn Money, ’s SVP of Merchandising & Retail Expansion, Brittany’s engagement ring has an estimated cost “between $350,000 to $800,000.”
The proposal comes months after the adorable duo celebrated his team’s victory versus the San Francisco 49ers on February 2. They’ve been together for years and seem so supportive of each other. Brittany and Patrick have been dating since they were in 10th grade, according to Yahoo! Sports. They met at Whitehouse High School in Whitehouse, Texas, and never looked back. There are even adorable throwback photos of the two attending prom together. Aww!

The Texas native owns Brittany Lynne Fitness, a company that features online workout programs. She’s not just an influencer, she’s also extremely well educated in her field. Brittany has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer.

Brittany spends a lot of time on the sidelines with Patrick’s younger brother, Jackson. The two seem like great pals and frequently document each other cheering for the Chiefs.
