Chef Nobu Matsuhisa has been on the dining scene for decades and still his Nobu restaurants have endured thanks to the inventive, glamorous presentations and delicious dishes that have become signatures across the world. While in Las Vegas, you can never go wrong with Nobu. It’s a see-and-be-seen restaurant, where it’s fun to get dressed up and enjoy some of chef Matsuhisa’s famous dishes like black cod miso, yellowtail with jalapeño or rock shrimp tempura. It’s located within Caesars Palace Las Vegas, and since the opening of this restaurant, Nobu Hotels has even opened within the Caesars Palace complex. Even if you’re not staying in either hotel, anyone can come to enjoy the fine Japanese menu. Enjoy fresh sushi within the large dining area (11,200 sq ft) or eat at the sushi bar or in a private dining area. It is also the only US Nobu offering teppan tables. The Teppanyaki experience is engaging and fun, especially for a large group. You will be delighted with the imported A5 Japanese Wagyu Banquet, which is served with recommended sauces from the chef. Wash your meal down with sake or a craft cocktail.
