Break out the tinsel, because the holiday season is here. Attend these city celebrations to get in the Christmas spirit.

- November 25, Boca Raton: The city of Boca Raton starts the season with a Holiday Festival at Mizner Park Amphitheater that ends in the annual tree lighting celebration. On December 2, attend the annual Holiday Street Parade in downtown Boca along Federal Highway.
- November 27, Stuart: The day after Thanksgiving, celebrate Christmas on Main Street in Stuart. This family-friendly event will feature a tree lighting, face painting, cookies and milk courtesy of Duffy’s Sports Grill, and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
- December 1, Palm Beach: Worth Avenue comes alive with a Santa Claus–led parade at 6 p.m. and tree lighting at 6:29 p.m.
- December 2, Palm Beach Gardens: The Tree Lighting Festival runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Burns Road Recreation Center and features crafts, live music, and a magical trip through Santa’s Village.
- December 3, West Palm Beach: Sandi, the tree composed of 600 tons of sand, returns to West Palm with a special Holiday Tree Lighting during Clematis by Night. This event is the first of an entire month of holiday happenings, including a Tropical Holiday Spectacular performance by the Aloha Islanders on December 20.
- December 3, Delray Beach: Local children will entertain the masses at the Old School Square Outdoor Pavilion before Santa flies in on a helicopter at 7:15 p.m. to light the 100-foot Christmas tree.
- December 4, Boynton Beach: The city hosts its annual tree lighting and concert at the Ocean Avenue Amphitheatre on December 4 and its holiday parade in downtown Boynton Beach on December 5.
- December 5, Port St. Lucie: Events from the city’s annual Festival of Lights celebration include a parade at 6 p.m. and the tree lighting in Village Square accompanied by a flurry of Snowflakes.
