Swiss luxury watchmaker Omega has added three new models to its Globemaster Annual Calendar collection. The new timepieces resemble the aesthetic codes of the original Globemaster line that was released in 2015. During the same year, the 2015 collection was also the first in the world to be given the Master Chronomaster certification.
The three new models are in 41mm and Omega aficionados will be quick to notice signature details such as the fluted bezel and a pie-pan dial. The dial is a nod to the manufacture’s Constellation watches released in 1952.
On the front, the classic hands for the hours, minutes and seconds have an additional companion — the hand indicating the month. At the 6 o’clock position, a date window is seen. At the back, the Observatory of Geneva is set on the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal caseback. The watch’s mechanism can be seen partially as well, and it is either a calibre 8922 or 8923 (for the gold model).

The Green model
Crafted in stainless steel with a sunburst green dial and 18-carat white gold for the facetted hands, applied indexes, Omega logo and the Constellation star. To further reinforce the strength and resilience of the watch, tungsten carbide is used for the bezel. This version comes with a matching green strap.
The Burgundy model
Also crafted in stainless steel, the polished bezel of the watch comes in 18-carat SednaÔ Gold. This Omega exclusive red gold alloy is used on the watch’s hands, indexes and logos while the dial is finished with a sunburst effect in deep burgundy colour. This design is completed with a matching burgundy strap.

The Gold model
The Omega exclusive 18-carat SednaÔ Gold takes centre stage for this Globemaster model. Its case is made of the same exclusive material as with the other elements on the watch. On its dial, a reference to the 18-carat SednaÔ Gold is made with the inscription of “Au750”. In contrast to the gold, the manufacture used black onyx for the indexes and for the first time, the hours and minutes hands as well. Accompanying this model is a glossy black leather strap.
