One&Only Palmilla has unveiled an overflowing itinerary of exciting and exclusive events designed to make this year’s Thanksgiving celebration one to remember. For one incredible week, the luxury Los Cabos resort will offer an extensive list of programs from culinary pop-ups with Michelin-starred chefs to exclusive tastings of fine tequila. There are also a range of ‘KidsOnly’ events to make sure they don’t miss out on the fun.

Santanera Tequila Masterclass

Sample a premium selection of four signature tequilas from Santanera, one of Mexico’s most innovative and acclaimed spirit makers, paired with a selection of Mexican canapes. In this interactive session, master distiller Pablo Lara will introduce guests to Santanera’s unique manifest and distinctive production techniques, including their renowned use of sonic harmonization, wherein the developing tequilas are bathed in classical music throughout each step of the process. Based in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco, Santanera draws upon their distinctive terroir, home to their own branded agave plants, to make their award-winning family of tequilas.
SEARED Thanksgiving Dinner

Dine on high this Thanksgiving with a special 3-course holiday menu designed just for the occasion by Michelin-starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Sandcastle Workshop

Hit the beach this holiday and realize your creative vision in the form of towering castles of sand. Sand sculpting experts will be on hand to help instruct and guide guests throughout the process during this fun-for-all-ages seaside event.
