Our Nike Collab, Speaking With Jaden Smith, and the Exclusivity of Video Game Fashion

It’s the weekend, baby!

It is officially fall, and with seasons changing, that means more for us to add to our wardrobes. This week has seen some exceptional footwear drops including New Balance’s 327 in “Paisley,” Kanye West’s weirdest YEEZY silhouette thus far, as well as our own Highsnobiety x Nike trainers, of course.

This week we saw London Fashion Week come to a close following shows from LVMH Prize winner Nensi Dojaka, Harry Styles-favorite S.S. Daley, COS, and more – as well as new talent at Fashion East. With Milan kicking off this weekend, we’re being reminded of what fashion month used to be like pre-pandemic.

In other news, Kering went fur-free, Rihanna put on a show for Savage X Fenty Vol. 3, and Glenn Martens will be Jean Paul Gaultier’s next couture designer, following Chitose Abe’s sacai.

If you think this week flew by, don’t worry – you can relive some of the major moments here.

“Pearls for men have been everywhere lately — and we think they’re here to stay.”

“Maximilian Davis, Jawara Alleyne, and newcomer Chet Lo came out with a bang over London’s first big IRL fashion week since the pandemic started.”

“With the advancement of technology has come online worlds and concomitant predatory game design that doesn’t allow people to compete at the top end without spending more money.”

“We’ve always had these ideas of things that we wanted to do that we couldn’t really do, but now we’re actually able to get those things done, and perform on the level that we want to.”

Shop the full collection online in the Highsnobiety shop.

“From tapping media’s favorite friends Kourtney and Megan Fox for a SKIMS campaign to creating butt and peach “Kimojis,” there’s no denying that Kim Kardashian has multiple talents.”

“Rihanna’s wildly successful lingerie brand, Savage X Fenty, will take the stage once again with its third annual burlesque-meets-runway show, Savage X Fenty Vol. 3.”

“Three years on and that strategy isn’t enough for Remo Ruffini, CEO and Chairman of Moncler. With the brand’s latest Moncler Genius format of presenting new products, Ruffini aims to evolve the strategy to engage with a more varied group of people around the world.”
