Located in the heart of the windy city, the luxurious Park Hyatt Chicago is now offering a Lake Suite Bottega Veneta room. Offering stunning views of Lake Michigan and measuring 1,400 square feet, the new suite’s design is sleek and elegantly minimalist.
As one of the city’s most exclusive Michigan Avenue hotels, the Park Hyatt Chicago is located near the best boutique shopping and designer stores. Now the hotel has added a new fashionable touch to their interior with the addition of the Lake Suite Bottega Veneta. Designed in partnership with the renowned Italian fashion house (which also has a boutique on the ground floor of the hotel), the suite provides an exclusive urban retreat with the finest details and style.
Spanning 1,400 square feet on the hotel’s 17th floor, the Lake Suite Bottega Veneta features views of Michigan Avenue, the Old Water Tower and Lake Michigan. The bedroom, open living room, kitchenette and two bathrooms are spacious and uncluttered. The furniture, most of it drawn from Bottega Veneta’s furniture collection, includes chairs, a sofa bed, and a brisée from the META line, produced in collaboration with Poltrona Frau. Also from the collection are folding “camp” stools and a bed, as well as chests of drawers, end tables and a dining room table and chairs.
The palette is warm and light, composed of signature Bottega Veneta neutrals. On the floors there are soft, New Zealand wool carpets. Suede, leather and Ashahi bookcloth and mohair velvet are used as wall coverings, upholstery and window treatments. Leather pillows, hand-carved Venetian glassware and cashmere throws, all from Bottega Veneta’s home collection, provide lavish finishing touches.
The room runs for around $4,500 per night.
