For over 10 years, Per Se has been serving New American and French cuisine, fast becoming one of New York’s most notable dining destinations.
Lead by chef and proprietor Thomas Keller, with chef de cuisine Eli Kaimeh at the helm, Per Se offers a nine-course tasting menu which features much-loved dishes such as oysters and pearls and butter-poached Maine lobster.
Also on offer is a vegetable tasting menu which includes signature dishes such as English pea “flan”, garbanzo bean falafel and ramp top “frittata”.
The seasonality of the menu, minimalist décor and vast wine collection all contribute to the ambiance and feel of understated luxury here.
