The upscale Petrossian Bar at Bellagio Hotel & Casino is an elegant place to enjoy afternoon tea or champagne and caviar. There is a one-of-a-kind Steinway piano that greets you before you enter the opulent bar, which features ornate arched ceilings and gold detailing, as well as views of Dale Chihuly’s hand-blown glass flower sculpture, called Fiori di Como, in the lobby. Open seven days a week, Petrossian Bar (named after Petrossian Caviar) focuses on the finer things in life. There is a vodka sampler menu paired with Petrossian Caviar, as well as an extensive list of creative cocktails made with the finest spirits and liqueur. Some favorites include tea-infused cocktails, like the Knights in White Satin made with masala chai tea, white rum, armagnac, bergamot, Cointreau, almond orgeat and lemon. Classics include Le Salty Dog with Grey Goose Le Citron, Giffard Pamplemousses, grapefruit and Himalayan pink salt. While you sip on your libation of choice, listen to beautiful sounds from pianist David Osborne, who has performed at the White House for several presidents over the past decade. There’s a rotation of wonderful pianists throughout the week. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy elegant drinks and people watch over the casino floor.
