The Penthouse at the Pierre Hotel in New York is relisting for $63 million, a 50% reduction from its peak price of $125 million in 2013.
Listed for $125 million in April 2013, the triplex apartment was relisted in December of that year for $95 million and was taken off the market at the end of 2014, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Located on the entire 41st, 42nd and 43rd floors of the Pierre, an Upper East Side hotel and co-op building, the unit has more than 12,000 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and three half baths.
