Just like dad! Duchess Meghan (née Markle) and Prince Harry‘s son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, shares a special bond with his dad, a source divulged exclusively to Life & Style. Obviously, the sweet boy — whom the couple welcomed in May — adores both of his parents, but it sounds like he’s the redheaded royal’s mini-me.
“When Harry goes off to do his own thing, Archie will squeal with excitement when he sees him again,” the insider dished about the royal babe’s bond with Harry, 35. “He’s a real daddy’s boy, but you can tell he also loves his mom.”
It’s no secret that Harry is great with kids — he loves being silly with the little ones — and he seemed to take to fatherhood pretty naturally. “Harry’s a real joker and spends hours on end making Archie giggle away. He says seeing his son smile is the best feeling in the world,” the source added.
The family has been keeping it low-key since their trip around Africa in September, but they are having a bit of spooky fun for the season. “Meghan’s bought Archie a cute pumpkin costume for fun, but she and Harry aren’t planning to do anything on Halloween,” the insider confessed about the family’s plans for October 31. “They’re not taking him trick or treating or anything like that because he’s too young.”
Meghan, 38, and her hubby seem to be loving life as new parents, and Princess Diana’s former assistant, Paul Burrell, exclusively divulged to Life & Style that he predicts a second child will be on the way shortly. “I think that Meghan will have a baby very soon,” he theorized while promoting his new documentary Princess Diana’s ‘Wicked’ Stepmother. “A. The clock’s ticking. B. She wants at least two children and C. Have you not noticed the way she knots everything in front of her belly and tries to hide her tummy? Could she already be pregnant?”
The royal insider seemed very certain about his hunch. “Watch this space. It won’t be long before you hear that Meghan is having another baby,” he added.
Time will tell, but we wouldn’t be mad about more adorable royal babies!
