Celebrating the seasonal bounty of Northern California, Quince uses traditional ingredients in modern Italian and French dishes and has become a mainstay of the West Coast since its inception in 2003.
Led by Head Chef Michael Tusk and his wife Lindsay, the restaurant is located in San Francisco’s Jackson Square area and boasts exposed red-brick walls and opulent chandeliers, providing a modern and elegant backdrop to perfectly compliment Chef Tusk’s cooking.
Before settling in San Francisco, Chef Tusk spent time working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, which is evident across the tasting menus at Quince. Highlights include Tsar Nicoulai Caviar with brioche, fresh run farm kohlrabi and smoked sturgeon.
