Savor two of the culinary world’s greatest indulgences at the Wellington Bacon & Bourbon Festival, March 21-22. Returning for its sixth year at the Village of Wellington Community Center & Amphitheater, the event features food artisans serving bacon-infused offerings, a bacon bar with bacon desserts, and more than 60 bourbons for sampling. Attendees can also enjoy new elements, including an expanded rare bourbon bar as well as games like full-size human foosball, cornhole, and giant jenga. While the festival is free, the ticketed seminars, such as a pairing lunch with C.W.S. Bar & Kitchen, a Buffalo Trace happy hour with The Butcher and The Bar, a 1792 brunch with Okeechobee Steakhouse, and a Pappy Van Winkle dinner experience with Farmer’s Table, are not to be missed.
