One night last weekend my friends was itching to drink some soup for a midnight snack. Lol I already ate dinner but was more then happy to join them for some desserts! We ended in Chinatown and stepped into this Malaysian restaurant (forgot the name) the food was really decent, we had this starter that was freshly pan fried in butter, and a sweet curry dipping sauce. Fried noodles, fish balls in soup, chicken curry. I had some pandan jelly dessert, I had intro my friends to Malaysian tea. It’s the way it’s made that brings the richness of the flavour in, the technique is called pulled tea.
*EDIT*
The name of the restaurant we went to is called Rasa Sayang
