PARADISE
Ingredients:
3 Pieces Lychee
60 ml Lychee Juice
1 Handful Mint Leaves
1 1⁄2 Crushed Ice
30 ml Vanilla Syrup
10 grams Dark Chocolate Brittle
Method
- Take a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it well.
- Garnish with fresh lychee, mint, and lemon slices. Serve fresh.
DESIRE
Ingredients
3o ml Coconut Puree
30ml Peppermint Syrup
90ml Yoghurt
45ml Honey
1 tbsp Pineapple crumble
2 Vanilla Marshmallow
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
- Top it with vanilla marshmallow foam and serve.
TEMPTATIONS
Ingredients
60 ml Passion Fruit Puree
1 Handful Mint Leaves
30ml Lime Juice
30 ml Honey Rosemary
60ml Soda Water
Method
- Take a hand shaker; chum. muddle and shake passion fruit puree, mint leaves, lime wedges, and a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve fresh.
PLEASURE
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Chop Green Apple
1 Tablespoon Cucumber
30 ml Honey
60 ml Ginger Beer
30 ml Green Apple Puree
Method
- Muddle all ingredients; shake with ice and fine strain green apple and cucumber vigorously along with ginger beer.
- Garnish with apple slices and cucumber and serve.
SEDUCTION
Ingredients
60 ml Blueberry Puree
1 Handful Mint Leaves
6 Piece Blueberry
30ml Lavender Syrup
60 ml Soda Water
1 Lime
Method
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker including fresh blueberries crushed with lime wedges with a splash of lime juice and soda.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve fresh.
