If you ~keep up~ with Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, then you know the exes have had quite the rollercoaster of a relationship over the years. The former flames’ dating history includes welcoming daughter Dream Kardashian, fighting on social media and much more.
However, despite having their issues, Rob and Chyna have had positive moments where they were able to get along for the sake of their daughter. In fact, they’ve even praised each other on their parenting skills. “[Chyna] and I are both actively co-parenting and there are no pending or active custody cases,” Rob tweeted in February 2019. Chyna agreed with his statement and wrote, “[Our] only concern is what’s in the best interest of our daughter that we both equally love. Additionally, Robert is a wonderful father to our Dreamy!”
Rob’s mom, Kris Jenner, also contributes to Dream’s well-being. “Rob may not be the most responsible human, but between him and Kris, they make sure Dream has the best of everything,” a source exclusively told Life & Style in November 2019. “He takes great care of her and has all the help he needs with nannies and music classes and all the fun stuff. He loves her so much.”
When Rob and Chyna are on good terms, they tend to be vocal about it. For instance, Chyna showed her ex support over his weight loss. “Go, Rob! That’s always good, especially because that’s Dreamy’s dad and I want him to set an example for her,” she exclusively told Life & Style in December 2019. “So, I think it’s a positive thing that he’s slimming down and worrying about his health, which is very, very, very important.”
Unfortunately, the duo have also faced their fair share of drama. One incident includes fighting over custody of Dream a year after they claimed they were doing OK. “Chyna will vigorously contest this latest, despicable attempt to take away her daughter in a court of law — where she will keep prevailing against her ex-fiancé Rob and the other malicious and vindictive members of his family (namely, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner),” her lawyer said in a statement to In Touch at the time. For now, the two still seem to share custody of Dream.
