The Parched Pig, chef Tim Lipman’s beloved watering hole in Palm Beach Gardens, has introduced new libations inspired by mystery and awe. The limited-time-only Mystics cocktail menu features five intriguing sips, some of which are innovative interpretations of bar classics.
The Crystal Ball, for example, is a play on the Negroni, made using butterfly pea tea–infused Bols Genever, spiced Suze Aperitif, aromatized wine, and oleo saccharum. The drink itself is garnished with a vintage 1950s fortune and presented encapsulated with smoke.
The Mystics cocktail menu is available through the end of November. The Parched Pig is open Monday through Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m.
