Nottingham’s first ever Michelin-starred restaurant is unusually located beside a flyover – a unique juxtaposition that Chef Sat Bains has always wanted.
Overseen by restaurant manager Amanda Bains, the unfussy restaurant boasts a service they describe as “relaxed professionalism”, with menus boasting up to ten different courses.
Menu highlights include kohlrabi tagliatelle and smoked eel with turnip, apple and nori. The unique “crossover course” literally crosses you from savory to sweet by mixing feta with vanilla.
