Self-care Yes, we are referring to self-care inside out. Indeed good nutrition and diet are the great attempts for one to take care of self however along with a good diet regime one must give importance to a lot more than just the food we consume, Self-care is not about the food we eat it is with what we believe we eat. Good nutrition will only have a good impact on you when you will be able to practice complete self-care.

Self-care can be practiced in various ways and one must ensure to completely taking care of one’s body, mind, and soul. Taking responsibility to look after your own body is very important towards healthy living. Eating right has a great connection with taking care of one’s stress levels. Our lives have turned to such a path that we often end up making failed attempts towards self-care.

Self-care is more than just following a diet, and trust when one takes care of all the aspects even weight management produced better results and one never feels deadlock, where one is not into the situation when efforts are not turning in to some potential results.

Self-careOne must take care of self in various aspects starting from the most significant care i.e. developing great mental health. Our daily lives are drooling with stress leaving us mentally so occupied that we don’t realize that not only we have no time for ourselves but also this stress starts to seep in.

Towards a great mental health one needs to work towards being emotionally strong – it is very important to have at least one good friend, a friend with whom one must talk our heart out without being judged and not keeping things within. It is important to vent out, as these vent out sessions are very important as they not only help us to move forward but also help to learn to live with reality as well as helps you know how you feel within. They help us as the reflective parameter.

These days a lot of people ignore or hesitate to share how they feel within with the fear of being judged in return, this aspect builds invisible stress. Stress has a direct impact on one’s digestion and the more stress is inbuilt within the worse one’s digestion becomes resulting in varied metabolic rates. We would notice either we are mostly constipated or mostly have motions. This irregular bowel movement leads to further health issues like Acidity, Acid Reflux, Piles, Bloating, etc.

There is another unbelievably important element that helps to build strong mental health i.e. spiritual self-care.

The way it is critical to communicate our needs, wants, or desire, or even nourishing our own body with the food we intake, taking care of our spiritual being is decisive to live a happy life.

“True health is found in a positive attitude that refuses to be defeated by anything.” (The Wisdom for Creating Happiness and Peace, Part 2, p. 105). Spiritual aspects do not mean how much knowledge one has towards his or her religion, rather spiritual self-care means one is attempting to bring out an inner transformation resulting in a stronger self. Spiritual self-care means working for inner transformation leading to a shift of heart which reflects in a change of one’s mindset for good. When one’s mind-set changes every nerve and fibre of our body, it starts to align towards the goal we have set, gives us motivation and energy to move in the direction we want to move ahead. It is not possible to align our goals unless we don’t align our inner self.

However, if one is taking good care of the spiritual self it will reflect in healthy weight loss, flawless skin, and strong hair and overall a better inside out will be experienced.

Self-careAnother most important aspect is Physical self-care – Being active is important and making activity as a part of your daily life routine plays a significant role for one to reduce and eventually keep away from stress. Physical activity helps produce happy hormones, these happy hormones naturally being in reducing down the stress levels. One must try to do a minimum 30 minutes activity regime, whatever we like. We can simply opt for yoga, just dance at home or even keep up with a 30 min walk daily if nothing else we can do. Just remember to start with a smaller goal and you will see stretching yourself slowly and gradually in investing time for physical activity over a while.

However, not to over exhaust as well, remember finding the right balance is the key like it is crucial to stay active but one has to ensure one’s body also get enough rest it needs. Sometimes physical self-care also means to visit a doctor when one is unwell, and taking out enough time from one’s busy schedule to rest.

Not to miss the social self-care is another important aspect – We must make conscious efforts to no go into isolation and feel lonely, rather keep in touch with our family and friends and make conscious efforts to go out for a meal or coffee with them. Such efforts are like reminders to make us realize we are not alone and we never fall into isolation more. This helps us stay healthy inside out and make us mentally happy.

Mental health is very important for weight management be if one wants to gain or lose weight and in turn, one is rewarded with great healthy inside out when one takes all points into consideration in order to make self-care as a part of life.

If one manages to steal out some time from one’s schedule every day to take care of one’s wellbeing, one will see the incredible results as a reward. The brand new horizon will unfold.
