Nestled inbetween the tourist-traps of Regent and Carnaby Streets, is a little slice of America. I love my American BBQ food, I love nothing more than ribs, brisket, and cornbread. And Shotgun BBQ from the people behind The Lockhart near my office in Marylebone, delivered some of the best pork belly and brisket I've ever had outside of the USA.
