‘Sister Wives’ Star Christine Brown Moves Into Utah Duplex Amid Family Drama

Sister Wives star Christine Brown left behind her former home in Arizona and is now residing in a Utah-based duplex amid her split from husband Kody Brown, In Touch confirmed in October 2021.

Kody’s ex has listed her new address in the city of Murray on the mortgage deed of her former Arizona house obtained by In Touch.

'Sister Wives' Christine BrownChristine, 49, also described herself as a “single woman” in the deed, which is what she previously did while signing the paperwork for her last abode in Flagstaff.

The TLC personality is not the owner of the duplex built in 2019, which is only a three-minute drive from where daughter Aspyn and her husband, Mitch Thompson, live, and is renting after selling her former property in Arizona, according to online records obtained by In Touch.

Christine’s portion of the duplex, which she shares with daughter Truely, is 3,490 square feet and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a built-in garage, porch, wood deck and basement, The Sun reports.

Before their split, Christine and Kody were spiritually married for more than 27 years. He is currently spiritually married to wives Meri and Janelle Brown but legally married to wife Robyn Brown, making up their polygamous brood.

Kody, 52, and Meri, 50, divorced in 2014 so he could marry Robyn, 43, and adopt her children from a past relationship, son Dayton and daughters Aurora and Breanna.

Christine has since embraced her new chapter as a single woman following her split announcement. “This decision was a long time coming,” Christine revealed in a new Cameo video shared in November 2021. “I feel like a much better person divorced than I ever did. Life is so great!”

In a December 5 episode of Sister Wives, drama between Christine Brown and husband Kody Brown reached a boiling point as they discussed her desires to move back to their former home state of Utah

Christine admitted she didn’t “trust a word that’s coming out of his mouth,” before adding,  “I don’t believe him that he’s sorry.”

Christine BrownKody also gave his side of the story in the episode, revealing why he felt conflicted to producers.

“The whole reason [is] I didn’t want to slam her again. Listen, this is a woman who hasn’t heard us all say no,” the father of 18 said in a confessional. “No, we’re not moving to Utah, but I want to be subtle about it. How do you do that when what she’s saying, ‘Is it still on the table?’ Not really, no.”

Christine did not immediately respond to In Touch’s request for comment regarding her move to Utah.

Sister Wives airs on TLC Sundays at 10 p.m. ET.
