Staying in shape through the holidays always presents a challenge. This season, the new SoulCycle pop-up in The Royal Poinciana Plaza has our back.
Beginning December 15, the luxury indoor cycling concept will offer its signature workout, 45 minutes of high-intensity cardio and strength training set to killer playlists, at a 54-bike studio across from Sotheby’s International Realty. The pop-up is part of its Destination Soul program, which brings the studio’s high-energy rides to popular vacation destinations for cult followers and newcomers alike.
Classes will be offered at 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 4 p.m. led by favorite instructors from New York City, Long Island, Chicago, and Texas. Each $40 session includes a shoe rental and a bottle of Smartwater. Inside, SoulCyclers will also find a boutique with limited-edition collections and accessories from brands unique to the Palm Beach location, such as Ultracor, Goldsheep, Stoney Clover Lane, and Onia swimwear.
The pop-up will conclude on a high note January 1 with a 90-minute New Year’s Eve and New Year’s day ride. Reserve your spot here.
