With Your Loved One: Tasting Menu

The five-course tasting menu offers the full Spiga experience. The meal starts off with soft potato with capers, lemon and salmon roe to whet your appetite.Next, enjoy Sicilian red prawns with calamari and seafood soup. Next, the chef’s specialty, spaghetti with smoked eel, followed by a hearty dish of pork belly and shoulder with seasonal legumes. Last but least, a sweet finish of traditional Marsala zabaione with peach and hazelnut biscuits to wrap up the meal.

Five-course tasting menu: HK$788 per person

 

With the Kids: Brunch

To find a place that’s spacious enough for children but relaxing enough for adults can be quite a headache. Reserve a table on the beautiful terrace to enjoy the outdoor space and give the little ones room to play. For food, a delectable spread of premium seafood and oysters, Italian cold cuts, salads, soups and a carving station is all just to start. Save some room for a main course of your choice from the menu, as well as the dessert and cheese selection, which is unmissable.

If carbs are something to stay away from, mains such as the roasted lamb shoulder or grilled ribeye with creamy carrots and ginger glazed shallots are always comforting.
