Named one of NYC’s best contemporary galleries by CBS New York, Agora is a destination frequented by art lovers, buyers, and collectors alike. Holding two current exhibitions, From Here To There, which features 17 artists, and On View, which features eight. Both showcase artists from around the world and focus on different mediums of work. From Here To There is a mix of imagination and fantasy, from photographers and sculptors to abstract painters, with prices ranging from a couple hundred to $40,000. On View is focused on appreciation and emotion, with medias from bronze sculpting to acrylic on glass. Prices range from $1,000-$20,000.

A haven for photographers and photography lovers alike, Gallery 270 in Englewood, NJ, showcases the rare, valued work of 20th century photographers as well as newer workings of 21st century photographers, from all over the world. Novice collectors could start here, and seasoned collectors could appreciate the many artists work. The current exhibition Gallery 270 is showing is Steichen’s Legacy: The Final Prints by George Tice. Edward Steichen was a photographer and artist, known for creating the template for the modern fashion photographer. The collection is his last series of negatives, produced by acclaimed photographer George Tice, and feature many notable faces such as Teddy Roosevelt and Charlie Chaplin. The pictures are priced between $5,000-$6,000.

Jersey City, NJ’s Mana Contemporary is a sprawling artist getaway, being one of the largest contemporary art organizations in the U.S. Featuring all forms of art, from paint to dance, sound, and film, Mana Contemporary is the embodiment of art, with spaces for programs and exhibitions alike. They feature many private artists collections that are not for sale, but through their cultural campus of over 150 artists, prices on artwork range from as little as $1,000 to as high as six figures. They have multiple current exhibitions, including Gary Lichtenstein Editions, which sells limited edition silk-screened prints.

Simon Gallery located in Morristown, NJ is a of hub for artists and collectors that work with and love abstract painting, photography, and sculpture. Featuring over 20 artists with eight exhibitions a year, Simon Gallery showcases upcoming and established artists from around the globe. Their exhibition with Santiago Hernandez, mixed media artist and painter, featured 14×11 inch mixed media collages for $1,400 and 48×60 inch oil and acrylic on canvas for $11,000. Their current exhibition is with painter David Moore.

Home to the work of more than 30 artists, and a display of original watercolor, sculptures, and art on glass, Studio 7 in Bernardsville, NJ features both new and nationally known artists. In the past, the studio has featured pastels, oil on copper, and even sports artists. The current exhibition is called Art Attack surrealist paintings by Charlie Churchill, who is a portrait and oil painter. A sample drawing starts at $400 and his surrealist paintings sell for $4,000.
