Three best friends “Owen,” “Penn,” and “Eric” arrive as core shapes – wayfarer, oval, and rectangle – to suit faces of all shapes. While some lowkey contrasting colors and blacked-out finishes are on offer, Stüssy really shines when it dips its toes in the vibrant end of the spectrum. Tonal fixtures of purple, green and, champagne set the “Penn” apart from the crowd, providing an aesthetic that is complementary to a large portion of the brand’s apparel unit. That doesn’t mean the other two frames should go forgotten, however, as bold pops of pink, yellow, and orange are precisely geared towards making a statement.
