Japanese chef Masahiro Yoshitake is widely admired for using fresh ingredients in innovative and progressive ways.
The three-Michelin-starred restaurant is located in the heart of Ginza in a nondescript building and is described as a ‘hideaway premium sushi bar’, an intimate dining space which can accommodate up to seven people.
Chef Yoshitake uses only the finest ingredients, purchasing seventy per cent of his fish directly rather than using the main market. His skillful mix of flavors and specialty dishes – including sliced abalone and kinmedai sashimi – leaves visitors coming back for more time and time again.
