The Wynn Las Vegas has so many incredible restaurants and SW Steakhouse must not be missed. At first, this bright and airy steakhouse with an elegant decor might not be recognized as a steakhouse, as so many have masculine, dark and moody designs. There are several interesting decor elements, like stone imported from Jerusalem, Italian Tucci marble, teak walls, a recessed copper ceiling and more. The color palette also strays from the classic steakhouse atmosphere with creamy, neutral hues. This sophisticated steakhouse caters to both carnivores and vegetarians (even some vegan options!) with mouthwatering dishes from chef David Walzog. For meat lovers, there’s an entire section on the menu dedicated solely to Japanese wagyu and SW is one of the few restaurants in the US to serve certified authentic kobe beef from Hyogo Prefecture in Japan. There are charred prime cut steaks and chops, as well as several seafood dishes, veal, lamb and chicken. End the night with shared desserts, including funnel cake and strawberries or honey crisp apple pie. The atmosphere is incredible and all guests can enjoy the nightly water shows on the Lake of Dreams, which is visible from every table via an open terrace.
