La Rambla by Catalunya celebrates Easter 2021, or Pascua de Resurrecion, with a Catalan-inspired brunch feast for the whole family. Featuring fresh seafood and Easter specials only available for two days, the menu starts with a selection of traditional cold and hot tapas served to the table. Executive Chef Ferran Tadeo's anticipated Easter specials include the traditional Suckling Pig roasted in La Rambla’s signature Segovian style and served with Catalan-style spinach. Le Dessert
Le Dessert, famous for its Pavlova in and inventor of the safely sealed Jar Desserts, has just debuted an exclusive pop-up at Pacific Place just in time for Easter celebrations. For the occasion, the new French pastry concept launched the Easter Pavlova and the Easter Charlotte. While the pavlova traditionally originates in Australia, Le Dessert has given this beloved decadent classic a quintessentially French touch with a unique meringue texture. The pop up will run until May.
