Berry Bros. & Rudd has a range of wines and a selection of Champagne that will pair perfectly with all types of cuisines. For the holiday season, Berry Bros. & Rudd is offering two set packages to choose from, the Classic Christmas Dinner Set (HK$1,800) and the Berry Bros. & Rudd Wine Dinner Set (HK$1,800) to wash down with the festive feasts.
The Classic Wine Dinner Set sees four bottles. Beginning with a bubbly, the Champagne R&L Legras, Cuvee Presidence Vieilles Vignes, Blanc de Blancs is a deliciously light vintage, with aromas of peaches and pineapple. Best served in a flute and left for a few minutes for the flavours to develop, this Champagne pairs perfectly with appetizer dishes like lobster carpaccio, grilled mullet or foie gras. Spicy, rich, and with a hint of oak, is the Domaine Pinson Chablis. As for reds, the Chambolle-Musigny is a flavoursome burgundy with classical Chambolle succulence and an impressive depth of flavour, ideal to pop open over a selection of cured meats and cheeses. The set finishes with a Ch. Batailley, Pauillac Red Bordeaux, to keep guests in good spirits long after the meal is over.

The Berry Bros. & Rudd Christmas Dinner Set on the other hand includes six bottles of wine and whisky. From flavourful dinner wines like Berrys’ United Kingdom Cuvée, Grand Cru, Mailly Champagne, and Berrys’ Brunello di Montalcino by Cantina Luciani deep Italian red, to the 2017 French Meursault, Guyot-Javillier and the medium-bodied Gevrey-Chambertin, Domaine Rossignol Trapet, the Dinner Set offers a wine for every palette. Along with the fine wines sits the Berry Bros. & Rudd Classic Range, Sherry Cask Whisky, a warming blended malt Scotch, ideal served over ice to top off a scrumptious meal.
