Spearheaded by Executive Chef Alain Solivérès, Taillevent offers classic French cuisine in a traditional Parisian setting.
The chef, who joined the restaurant in 2002, serves a daily menu of exquisite haute cuisine, which is influenced by Basque country, Bordeaux and Languedoc.
Housed in a 19th century house which was once home to French duke Duc de Morny, the two Michelin star venue boasts an impressive wine list.
