A new takeaway opened down the street from my friends house. Her mum was dying for her to buy cha siu, so we went to buy some.
After a very long shift from working at the mayor of London sky ride. I was exhausted, damm hungry plus I had to go work the next day.
Take out was my only option, I initially wanted noodles and soup but they didn’t had none, then I wanted dumplings and they said they importing a machine from china. I finally decided on Thai noodles to my surprise it’s just Chinese ho fun with peanuts, beef and coriander, the sauce had a slight chilli oil flavour to it. The beef was the standout ingredient, tender with the melt in your mouth texture, flavoured with just the right amount of seasoning.
There’s many other things I want to try out from the takeaway including cola wings!
