YouTuber Tana Mongeau has had a lot going on in her fast-paced life lately — and sometimes that breeds a bit of a cold. Any busy bees reading this know how it is. The 21-year-old vlogger shared a cute photo of her “Sick Person Starter Pack” on Instagram on December 20, proving that even the best of us need a few days in bed every now and then.
The ~starter pack~ in question consisted of several types of candy: Airheads, Starburst, Jolly Ranchers and a Push Pop. It also included a Vitamin Water and a Gatorade — two obvious choices for replenishing those electrolytes and getting hydrated.
The MTV star also wrote about her illness on Twitter the same day. “I’m so sick, excuse me while I hibernate for a few days so I don’t die,” she said on the platform, adding two cold sweat emojis. She also wrote about a fellow YouTuber’s birthday on Twitter, despite still feeling ill. “Can y’all send me cute [pics] of me [and] @itsMarioSelman,” she said on December 21. “It’s his birthday but I’m too sick to use brain power but hey, look, Mario, I’m trying I LOVE YOU.”
It’s no surprise to see Tana coming down with a bit of a bug — the last week has been particularly crazy for her. On December 13, the hard-working influencer took home the “Creator of the Year” award at the 2019 Streamys. Both David Dobrik and Emma Chamberlain were also nominated, so you know the competition was fierce as hell.

“This is the best moment of my life. Of my career. The most full circle I’ve ever felt. Oh my god,” she wrote on Twitter after snagging the award. “I will never be able to express my gratitude to Shane Dawson, my fans, Jordan [Worona], and my friends. F—k,” she gushed. “Oh and Jake [Paul].”
A few days later, she played a sold-out holiday variety show at the Gramercy Theatre in NYC on December 17. Afterward, she took her closest pals to Catch restaurant for a celebratory, emotional dinner. “Thank you guys, I f—king love you, cheers to your f—king selves,” the Vegas native told her friends during a speech on Instagram Stories. “To be surrounded by the best f—king people literally ever, all of you have saved my life,” she gushed. “All of you are, like, perfect people and I could not do this without you.”
Feel better, boo!
