Singapore-based design company Gray International recently launched metallic iPhone cases handcrafted in titanium and gold. Called the Advent collection, the cases are designed for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, and are limited to only 100 pieces worldwide.
Grade 5 Titanium – a material revered in the Aerospace and Formula One industry – is employed throughout the body of the Advent, making it 2.5 times stronger than stainless steel and weighs half its weight.
Using an advanced Titanium Nitride Coat, the Advent is transformed into an object with a 24K Gold luster while remaining extremely durable to daily wear and tear.
The phone cover comes in two braces crafted in titanium and gold and can be attached on each side of the iPhone. Though it doesn’t cover the entire back of the device, the case prevents the phone from bending or damage. The metallic braces elevate the smartphone when kept on a flat surface, ensuring the screen remains scratch-free.
Owners can add a splash of color by choosing from various tones for the lining.
