On top of having one of London’s most prestigious restaurants in the form of Marcus, The Berkeley is now making a move towards having one of the city’s best bars.
Focusing on developing an immersive cocktail experience, The Berkeley’s Blue Bar is set to launch ‘Out Of The Blue’ – an multi-sensory show accompanied by some of the bar’s best cocktails.
Run in partnership with Bacardi, the event will consist of four guests sitting around a small table in the heart of the hotel where bespoke technology and mixology come together to offer a sensory experience built around making each of the drinks more delectable by stimulating your senses. Because as we all know every drink tastes better when you’re nestled by the pool on holiday, so why not have that experience all without leaving London?
Taking inspiration from the Blue Bar’s True Colours menu, the bar’s iconic taster menu of four cocktails, the drinks will be made from a number of high-end spirits, including the likes of Bacardi Ocho rum, Laurent-Perrier champagne, Aberfeldy scotch, Grey Goose vodka and Bombay Sapphire gin.
Out Of The Blue launches on Wednesday 15th November with hourly slots running between 5:30pm and 11pm, with a price of $262. For more information please visit the-berkeley.co.uk
