Phil Howard, head chef and co-owner of London restaurant The Square, talks to Elite Traveler.
The Square has held two Michelin stars for more than 15 years. It opened 22 years ago in London’s Mayfair and head chef and co-owner Phil Howard thinks the restaurant has never been in a better position.
“I’m incredibly proud that we’re still here 22 years down the line. And this year, if you were to look at the awards and listings, we are, if anything, as high as we’ve ever been,” he says.
He talks to Elite Traveler about the challenges of running a busy urban restaurant and what lies ahead for The Square.
