Housed in an old biscuit mill, South Africa’s The Test Kitchen is a restaurant that is starting to garner increased international attention.
Founded in Cape Town in 2010 by Brit-born chef Luke Dale-Roberts, its ‘anything goes’ policy of creative freedom has made it a certified name to watch.
With a menu that includes dishes such as BBQ broccoli and Mozambique langoustine cooked (at your table) over burning star anise, The Test Kitchen offers a truly unique dining experience unlikely to be replicated anywhere else.
