If you’re at all interested in menswear — and we’ll guess that you are since you’re reading this — then you’re already well acquainted with BODE. The New York label has had a meteoric rise in recent years, with designer Emily Bode earning awards and all-round clout from every side of the menswear spectrum for her beautiful takes on vintage Americana styles. We thought we couldn’t be surprised by the brand’s output anymore, but new products just dropped at SSENSE and we’re in love all over again.
You can expect the usual array of embroidery and printed graphics that detail the usual array of high-end cotton, but a few pieces really stand out. Firstly, a pair of straight-leg pants cut from pure cotton seemingly taken from 100lb bags of salt. Another highlight comes in the form of the Bread Feedsack Shirt. This pure-cotton number is woven from cotton slub which gives it a standout texture with a vintage graphic to boot.
Elsewhere, a vintage track jacket joins two double-breasted cardigans and a host of bold prints that are set to spark new life into your summer wardrobe. Shop the new BODE arrivals below.
