This Hawaiian Villa Brings Paradise to Your Fingertips

Situated on the south shore of the idyllic island of Kaua’i in Hawaii is Kukui’ula, this expansive residential resort currently has a group of luxurious villas available for purchase. Our residence of choice is Kainani Villa 2, a spacious three-bedroom home with over 2,400 sq ft of living space that will offer residents the best of a Hawaiian villa lifestyle.

Designed by California-based Melzer, Deckert & Ruder Architects (MDR Architects), Villa 2 is perfect for a family or for those who wish to entertain guests in a beautiful location. As well as the three bedrooms and bathrooms, the villa features an open plan kitchen that opens out towards the lanai – an open-sided porch – and a large living room. There is also a private pool just beyond the lanai.

MDR Architects has designed this beautiful Hawaiian villa to allow for seamless indoor-outdoor living, making most of the spectacular views across Kukui‘ula’s Tom Weiskopf golf course and the endless Pacific ocean beyond it. The interiors are bright with a warm, neutral color palette and finishes made from organic materials such as wood and marble.

The master bedroom is particularly special, featuring sliding doors that lead out onto the lanai and an expansive en-suite bathroom with a pedestal bathtub and spa-inspired outdoor shower garden. A special shelf has been built near Villa 2 to accommodate a solar panel, should residents wish to make the most of the 300 days of sun and opt for a more sustainable energy source.

Those living at one of the Kainani villas have access to everything island life can offer, including a range of outdoor activities including hiking, sailing and surfing. As well as this, the villas benefit from being situated close to Kukui’ula’s private clubhouse, shops, golf course and the Hi’ilani Spa and Fitness Center. The resort also has a green waste composting program and a 50-acre community farm that residents can use to harvest seasonal fruits and vegetables on-site, offering them the chance to live off the land all year round.

From $3,150,000. Visit kukuiula.com for full details.
