What is hotel’s COVID-19 response plan if guests are identified with COVID-19 symptoms?
If any employee/ guest is identified with symptoms, he/ she has to undergo the quarantine process and his/her movement is restricted until he/she is moved to a nearby hospital. All meals are provided at the door of the room maintaining proper social distance and wearing a PPE kit by team members. Limited services are offered during the quarantine process. No one is allowed to enter their rooms unless emergency. The ambulance can be contacted at 102 to shift the guest to a nearby hospital. In case if the team member is identified, they have to self-quarantine themselves at home or hospital as per doctors’ advice. They are allowed to enter hotel premises only when they are tested negative and have completed quarantine period.
