Tiffany Blue Box Café Launches its Tiffany T1 Afternoon Tea Set

To mark the launch of its new Tiffany T1 collection, Tiffany & Co has introduced a new T1 afternoon tea set at its Tiffany Blue Box Café in Hong Kong, and you can try it out from today.

Having in mind the empowered, modern women who look after their well-being –which is precisely whom the T1 jewellery collection is targeted towards– the T1 afternoon tea set is made with healthy and fresh ingredients. A set made for summer, the Tiffany & Co spread offers a delectable balance of sweet and savoury treats.

The Tiffany T1 tea set is comprised of a fruity White peach panna cotta topped with red grape kombucha jelly and red currants with rich antioxidant essence, a sweet and sour Goji berry strawberry gateau, Rose gateau filled with floral notes, Coffee opera, and a Tiffany Bird’s nest with marshmallow chocolate eggs in the brand’s signature colour.

On the savoury side is a Queen crab meat toast with succulent Japanese fruit tomatoes, Deep-fried risotto ball with chorizo, pimiento, green zucchini and mozzarella, the silky-smooth Foie gras terrine with glazed hazelnuts and dark chocolate, the lavish Shrimp Dorayaki with caviar and Hokkaido sea urchin and an Egg salad sandwich with pesto bread. To top it all off, guests can also treat themselves to a lemon poppy seed scone, a brown butter madeleine and Earl Grey madeleine paired with clotted cream, seasonal jam and Nutella.

The Tiffany T1 afternoon tea set is priced at HK$688 for two guests, and if you so desire, top up with a glass of its signature Tiffany Blue cocktail or a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
