Photographer Jenna Martin produces stunning surreal and dream-like conceptual photography. Inspired by films and storytelling, Martin blends different elements of nature together, creating uncanny and unusual compositions. Drawing inspiration for her mountainous, serene surroundings in Montana (where the photographer is based), she shoots elaborate portraits of beautiful models and edits the photos with elements of the environment. In one stunning image, dozens of flowers encased in bubbles surround a young woman admiring their beauty. Another photo shows a stoic-looking man whose grace is enhanced with the thin branches Martin edit onto his neck. Like this particular photograph, all her other shots in this series carry an unusual element that is coupled with elegance. Imaginative, solitary, and surreal, Martin’s conceptual photography hints at a larger narrative.
