Just because Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson have been dating for over a year now, doesn’t mean the spark is gone. When Ashley, 29, shared a naked photo of herself on Instagram, her girlfriend, 27, couldn’t help but leave a very flirty comment.
The Pretty Little Liar alum’s black and white snap, which she posted on Thursday, December 5, only showed her backside — still leaving something to the imagination. Actress and friend Rachel Brosnahan commented with a shocked face, which led Cara to reply to her comment by saying, “tell me about it.” Hey, we get it. Ashely is one stunning gal!
Ash and Cara are very much in love, and that could clearly be seen when the British native recently gushed about her and their awesome bond. “I’d never truly let anyone in before, for fear of them leaving,” Cara said in an interview with Porter published in September. “I never really trusted people or felt worthy of it, and I always pushed them away. She’s the first person that has said: ‘You . I’m going to be nice to you, I love you.’ I’m just like, ‘Wait, so all I have to do is just let you be nice to me? Why have I never done that before?'”
The couple first sparked dating rumors in 2018, and though they look like the perfect match, it turns out, they never expected to end up together. “We weren’t looking for it,” Cara told Marie Claire around the same time. “It was really just very authentic and natural.”
What’s next for the pair? Marriage is quite possible. When Cara was asked if she’s ready for a lifelong commitment during a press tour for Carnival Row in June, she said, “Oh my God, yes. I mean always. Love life.” A month later, the two fueled engagement rumors when they were both spotted wearing rings.
When it comes to how they keep their relationship strong, the Suicide Squad alum says it’s all about effort. “Work, work and the work really goes on when you’re in the best place I think,” she revealed during the press tour. “With all these kind of love stories that people reach this bad moment because they haven’t put in the work when it had been good. So it’s all about, you know, work. Good work, hard work.” That’s some sound advice!
