The fine-dining restaurant is chef Gagnaire’s first and only restaurant in the US, and offers his one-of-a-kind French cuisine to sophisticated travelers. You can expect delicious seafood plated creatively with fresh ingredients. His dishes are divided by La Mer (sea), La Terre (earth), steaks from around the US and lovely vegetable sides.
