Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, a Luxury All Inclusive Resort rated Five Diamonds by the AAA and member of The Leading Hotels of the World, was selected by Virtuoso, one of the most important global luxury travel networks, as a member of its prestigious Hotels & Resorts group.
The selective by invitation only group includes just 989 hotels located in over 80 countries. For inclusion, hotels and resorts must be the best in facilities and service and are chosen by a committee of peers.
This is the second Grand Velas resort to enjoy the Virtuoso distinction. It joins its sister resort, Grand Velas Riviera Maya, part of the Mexican owned and operated Velas Resorts which was built by Eduardo Vela Ruiz, majority owner and President of the Board of Directors and operated by his brother, Vice President Juan Vela Ruiz.
