The Vogue Fashion Night Out in Paris has now finished since 2 days. I just remember that at the end of that night I fell asleep exhausted with the pc over me and the draft of this article over the screen…:
“And even the long-awaited VFNO in Paris has finished. I am in my bed and my eyes are closing. But I can’t not post some pictures of this fantastic night walking around Rue St Honore for you. A randezvous, the Vogue’s one, that it almost translates in a city in party. Many boutiques organize parties with fine djsets and lots of Champagne bubles.
Many others look like decorated as in Christmas time and all the streets are full of fashion addicted people ready to literally do everything to get a limited edition piece created by the brands for this special gig.
Here in Paris for instance there were the Patrizia Pepe and Pinko t-shirts crafted ad hoc for collectors, or the bracelet with charms by Bluemarine, the spotted bag from Roberto Cavalli also in limited pieces. From Colette to Tara Jarmon, from Dior to Yves Saint Laurent, from Gucci to Cavalli, the shopping by night desire was rising and rising, but this time I managed to freeze it and to wait for the day after to poke through the new collections with more calm.
There was even a sort of catwalk where everyone could make his own fashion parade and show off his style. When I found some of my Italian friend (in the below picture) it was just before midnight but all the events were finished and the shop closed. I gently recommend to Vogue to make this night longer in the next edition!”
